2020 Charity project
During mid-2020 central Vietnam experienced catastrophic record flooding leading to significant loss of life, property and livelihoods.
Due to the Corona Virus travel restrictions I was unable to travel to Vietnam to carry out a project in person and so I assigned all of the monies raised for 2020 to a trusted local charity project which provided much needed food and supplies to the worst hit villages South of Hue in October 2020. The project was undertaken with the generous support of Buddhist Monks from a number of local Pagoda's, who provided their time and assistance free of charge.
100% of the funds raised went directly towards the purchase and distribution of food and clothing for the most needy in the worst affected villages.
This page is currently under construction. Photos of the project and details to be provided soon. (Rowan - 22 April 2021)
